Call for Abstracts

Call for Abstracts is now closed

Successful submissions will be contacted at the beginning of May.

Reminder, that all presenters must be registered for the full conference, or for the day of their presentation. Please note that presenters bear responsibility for all associated costs and CSFS is not able, nor accepts any liability, to reimburse presenters for attendance and/or any costs incidental to the presentation.

Some notes:

• Abstract length should be no more than 300 words
• We will accept abstract submissions in English and French
• Oral presentations are 20 minutes followed by a brief Q & A period
• We may not be able to accept all presentations due to limited space.  However, we may request that presenters do a poster session.
• We request that authors who submit a poster make themselves available for the Poster Session during the conference to answer questions
• The poster boards provided for tacking your posters measure 2.4 m (8 ft) by 1.2 m (4 ft) and are Velcro friendly. For display purposes, your poster may be printed on 21.5 cm x 28 cm sheets, or on larger poster sized sheets.
• Original work that has not been published or that will not be in the process of publication at the time of the conference is encouraged. The CSFS Journal will consider this work for a Special Issue related to the conference proceedings.
