Speaker: Kelly Coulombe
Kelly Coulombe completed her B.Sc. in Integrated Science concentrating in Forensic Science at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. She has been with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police since 2007, holding various roles within the Forensic Science & Identification Services directorate over the years. Kelly began working with the National DNA Data Bank’s Missing Persons Unit in 2017, shortly before the opening of the National Missing Persons DNA Program. Her work as a Forensic Specialist within the unit involves the interpretation and comparison of DNA profiles, CODIS administration, and reporting kinship and identity associations. Kelly is currently overseeing the Missing Persons Unit as the acting Manager.
