This is the first in a series of panel discussions on Expert testimony. Join us as our panel tackles preparation for court; differences between the expert and the lawyer preparations; how to handle an opposing expert; terminology in reports and ways to become a better expert. Our panel will be comprised of experts from various forensic science and engineering backgrounds, lawyers and crime scene attendants (blood spatter).
