Call for Abstracts

Abstracts for both workshops as well as oral and poster presentations in the scientific sessions should be submitted by completing a submission form. All presenters must be registered for the full conference, or for the day of their presentation. Early bird registration opens February 3rd through the Conference Eventify platform. Please note that presenters bear responsibility for all associated costs and CSFS is not able, nor accepts any liability, to reimburse presenters for attendance and/or any costs incidental to the presentation.

Please note:

• Abstract length should be no more than 300 words
• We will accept abstract submissions in English and French
• Oral presentations are 20 minutes followed by a brief Q & A period
• We may not be able to accept all presentations due to limited space and as such we may request that presenters do a poster session.
• We request that authors who submit a poster make themselves available for the interactive Poster Session during the conference to answer
• The poster boards provided measure 2.4 m (8 ft) by 1.2 m (4 ft). For display purposes, your poster may be printed on 21.5 cm x 28 cm sheets, or on larger poster sized sheets.
• Original work that has not been published or that will not be in the process of publication at the time of the conference is encouraged.
