The Society has secured special discounted pricing for attendees at the Novotel North York. The group rate of $234 CAD/ suite/ night + HST (13%) + Municipal Accommodation Tax (6%) is valid now until May 5th 2025. Attendees have a choice of a King Bed Superior or Executive Double Bed room. Parking is $21.00 with in and out privileges, MAX Height is 6’1 or 1.8m.
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 05-05-2025, so be sure to book early to reserve your room.
Booking can be done by calling the hotel directly at 416-733-2929 (extension 1) and mention group name “2025 CSFS Conference” or Block ID#1810113, to avail the special group rate. You can also email your reservation request to reservations@novotelnorthyork.com .
Cancellations: All deposits for individual reservations are fully refundable if the room reservation is cancelled by 4:00 p.m. one day prior to the guest’s arrival date. Should an attendee of the group cancel their room reservation after 4:00 p.m. one day prior to guest’s arrival date, one night’s room revenue will be non-refundable.
