Mental Health Week in Canada allows for an opportunity for all of us to examine our coping to stress and trauma and encourages healthy emotional, physical, social and psychological practice in our lives. The CSFS Board of Directors ask that we all seek out help if needed, educate ourselves on our own mental health and be kind. Check in on your mental health here:
