Dear valued CSFS member,

I am a graduate student at Trent University conducting a research study on stakeholder perceptions of in-person versus videoconferencing expert witness testimony (IPT vs. VCT) in Canadian courts.
The purpose of this study is to better understand how criminal justice professionals—in particular forensic experts and legal counsel—perceive the efficiency and effectiveness of different testimony formats. Participation involves completing a short online survey, which should take approximately 15–20 minutes.
|
Your responses will be completely anonymous, and no identifying information will be collected through the survey. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may skip any question or exit the survey at any time. We kindly ask that the survey be completed within the next two weeks.
