At the most recent AGM, it was suggested that the CSFS provide an official response to the recent news of Indian Residential School burials, originally in Kamloops, but now throughout the prairie provinces. A special committee has been struck and a draft response is being worked on. In the mean time, you may have noted an interim response posted on our website. Once an official draft response has been generated, we would like to send it out to all the membership for last comment. We value your input and comments on the wording of this statement. Our hope is to have something available for review by the end of the month. Thank you for your time and consideration.
